In partnership with the BPCP Data & Digital team, Stax developed a comprehensive roadmap to guide its long-term data and digital strategy. These efforts are further supported using advanced technology and AI, which are driving improvements across recruiting and talent strategy, sales and marketing execution, client engagement tracking, consultant efficiency and external data analytics.
Operational Improvement
To support continued growth and strengthen strategic oversight, Stax introduced enhanced financial reporting systems, key performance indicators (KPIs) and a comprehensive MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis) framework. A new customer profitability tool was also launched, enabling more informed and data-driven decision-making at both the client and portfolio levels.
Global Expansion & M&A Strategy
As part of its long-term growth strategy, Stax launched a structured M&A program focused on acquiring complementary businesses that expand service offerings and geographic reach. This strategy led to the successful acquisition of AMR International, a UK-based consulting firm, further strengthening Stax’s global footprint and capabilities.
Commercial Execution
In 2024, Stax introduced a refreshed go-to-market strategy centered on key account assignments, cross-functional collaboration and an increased focus on middle market opportunities. To support this approach, Stax also rolled out a redesigned compensation model aimed at incentivizing collaboration, joint selling and delivering project excellence.
